Etrends Technology, a GRC software company with 10+ years in the market and clients across India, the UK, US, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East, was running their entire client operations on spreadsheets. Client data scattered across teams, missed payment deadlines, no visibility into revenue, and reporting that took days to compile.
