Etrends Technologies, a GRC software company serving enterprise clients across India, the UK, US, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East, ran client operations on spreadsheets. Client records, orders, AMC contracts, and payments lived in disconnected files. Teams missed renewal deadlines, struggled to track pending collections, and spent days stitching together revenue reports.
